Who We Are
First Speaker
The first speaker, or FS, is responsible for introducing their team's stance on the topic of debate. Make sure to define terms, state any main points, and provide significance for the best chance to avoid getting points deducted.
Second Speaker
The second speaker, or SS, is responsible for continuing to build and strengthen their argument, while also beginning to demolish the opposing team's argument. They should introduce new points, provide support, and respond to questions when appropriate.
Third Speaker
The third speaker, or TS, is responsible for concluding their own teams arguments. Their main goal is to rebut, finding holes in the opposing team's argument and exploring them. They should summarize their points, highlight their team's strong points and the opposition's weak points, and remember to not introduce any new information.
